Terms of Service

Stockr is a place to catalog what you collect, share it if you choose, and sell from it when you're ready. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll try to keep the core cataloging experience stable and your data exportable.

• You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Stockr.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You own what you add to Stockr: your items, photos, notes, and profile. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service, such as storing your data and displaying it according to the visibility settings you choose. Public items, profiles, and listings are shown to others because you made them public. You can export your catalog as a CSV or delete your account at any time.

Don't use Stockr to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that's harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• List items you can't legally sell, or misrepresent what you're selling.
• Abuse, harass, or spam other collectors.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the service.

The catalog is free, and CSV export is always included. Paid plans (Pro tiers) unlock additional features and renew on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. You can manage or cancel your plan from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

You can connect third-party marketplaces (such as Discogs or eBay) to push listings out. When you do, you're also bound by that marketplace's own terms, and you're responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you list there. We act on your behalf only with the access you grant, and you can disconnect a marketplace anytime.

Some features use AI to identify items and find similar ones from your photos and details. AI suggestions can be wrong; you review and confirm before anything is saved. You're responsible for the final contents of your catalog and listings.

Stockr is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that valuations, identifications, or availability are accurate or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockr isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You can stop using Stockr and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service or its users.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
